Arben Mucollari

CEO

Responsible for the general management and continued
growth and development of Sterling Trading Group LLC as a vibrant company.
An American Businessman holding a degree in Economics, with over 15 year experience in
Sugar and Food Commodity trading.
Since founding Sterling, Arben has worked diligently to grow and build the company
from our Miami Headquarters to establishing a worldwide network of regional
offices in Dubai, London, China, Montenegro, Brazil and Colombia.
In addition to Sterling Trading Group LLC, Arben is also active in his additional
businesses in several fields: Restaurants, Real Estate & Construction.

Dr. Ravindra Reddy Gadam

Dr. Ravindra is a distinguished Chief Medical Officer with extensive experience in healthcare, technology, and
business strategy. With a deep understanding of occupational health risks, he specializes in ensuring the wellbeing of maritime personnel exposed to toxic chemicals, oil spills, and hazardous waste. His innovative approach
to healthcare solutions and passion for technology-driven advancements make him a valuable asset to
organizations aiming for sustainability and employee welfare.
As a physician entrepreneur, Dr. Ravindra has built a vast network across Asian markets, opening opportunities
for strategic partnerships and new contracts. His expertise in medical leadership and corporate health policies
aligns seamlessly with our Sea Vessel mission to maintain a safe and eco-friendly operational environment.

Captain Georg Dieter Fehner

I am captain with great master license to manage ships of all sizes worldwide, except warships.
I received my master's license from university with the support of the Ministry of Transport. With this special permit, I was able to take a job as a captain on a tanker straight from university at the age of 24. That means the youngest captain ever. I am commodore of the German Merchant Marine.
Since the founding of the Port Energy Logistic GmbH in 2008 in Hamburg, I work as CEO and Director of the Research and Development Department and Member of the Board.
In 2022 I was elected Senator in the Federal Economic Senate in Berlin.

products sourcing and sales to all commercial sectors, on a global level. With years of
experience in Quality Management and Business Consultancy, Mark ensures that our
valued clients and customers ALWAYS receive what they require, at the best possible price

AVI GENISH

Sales & Operations Director

Responsible for Sales Management and
Marketing Operations.
An Engineer by profession, Avi has over 30 years’ experience in Food, Commodity
Trading & Sales, Construction Project Management and Retail & Wholesale Sales at
Corporate Level.
Avi is based in London and manages and directs our international sales from our office there.
Avi, a seasoned problem solver by nature, defines the concept, the character and
the direction of Sterling Trading Group LLC’s Business Development and Sales & Marketing.

KIRK GRAY

Hardworking and ambitious Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in Alternative, Sustainable
Energy Generation Electrical Testing and Wind Turbine Systems. Proven ability to meet high-pressure
deadlines, perform complex testing and diagnostics, and collaborate with teams to ensure design
integrity, system reliability and safety. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a history of
successfully identifying system weaknesses and improving operations in diverse environments.
